It may be not as easy as just adding the coffee to the yoghurt, but it is still fairly simple, and the result is delicious! Ingredients: 1 tbsp instant coffee, 1 tbsp sugar (or the amount you desire!), 1/3 cup of milk, 1 cup of yoghurt. Method: Heat the milk in a pan. Once it boils, add the coffee and the sugar. Stir for a couple of minutes until you get a syrup-like consistency (we do not want the yoghurt to become watery). Let it cool down before adding the yoghurt and whisking them together. Easy as that!
